Facilities Manager with managing agent experience to manage a very prestigious small portfolio of buildings in the West End, tenanted with high profile tenants. It's essential you have exposure to a multi-tenanted environment and can demonstrate the use of customer service in delivering a seamless customer journey. As well as this, the role of Facilities Manager will also deal with all hard & soft facilities management services and line managing a facilities management team.

Facilities Manager will:

* Provide an exceptional customer focussed service delivering an outstanding full spectrum facilities management services
* Line manage staff - their assessment, training and development
* Liaise with tenants being the main point of contact for advice and guidance regarding the day-to-day physical operation of the building.
* Prepare service charge budgets and reconciliations, budget monitoring and variance reporting.
* Dealing with leases and lease enquiries
* Procurement and management of hard & soft service facilities management contractors including cleaning, security, M&E etc
* Managing Health & Safety and statutory compliance
* Managing water hygiene and environment and energy efficiency systems and schemes
* Ensuring a proactive approach to planned & reactive maintenance
* Disaster recover & emergency planning as well as organise and co-ordinate fire evacuation and bomb drills.
* Prepare site regulations and issue permits to work for all contractor activities on site.
* Regular inspection programme in accordance with site insurance and regulatory requirements.
