IMH Recruitment are currently lookig for Technical Services Manager on behalf of our client based in the Rotherham Area.

The Client: Our Client are looking are an expanding IT Asset Management team with a busy warehouse enviroment in the Rotherham area.

Overview of Role: You will be a team player managing all aspects of the technical teams and working envrioment. We are looking for a person who wants to suceed and progress the buisness to the next level. Ideally having experience in managing diverse team of technical and non technical personell. IT Asset Manager is ideally an experience of yours, with thorough knowledge of computer software and hardware.

Your team are required to process and manage it asset devices using bespoke tracking system ensuring security and traceablity is documented and then you will responsible for the end to end process including reports to the client and managing SLA'S.

TSM key responsibilities:

* Delivery and management of defined KPI's and SLA's.

* Managing a team of both technical and non-technical staff.

* Resourcing, sickness, holidays and reporting for the team.

* Day to day security and health and safety compliance for the team.

* Managing integrity and accuracy of data capture using our bespoke database.

* Managing stock and ensuring you are being productivity

* Maintain records/logs of incoming and outgoing shipments

* Stock control of IT and electrical equipment

* Travelling to client's sites to represent the client in project start up capacity

* Ensure that you comply with Health & Safety procedures and internal policies at all times

* Communicate key messages from the directors to your team in a positive manner

TSM Key Skills, Knowledge and Experience:

* Proven experience managing diverse teams within the IT Asset Industry or relevant position

* Resource planning.

* Excellent problem-solving skills and proactive personality

* Excellent communication ability, including the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical users

* Outstanding organisational and time-management skills

* Experience of working in a fast paced, pressurised environment

* Ability to manage large stock volumes to ensure all stock levels are 100% correct

* Ability to use web-based software packages

* Ability to use all Microsoft Applications including Excel and Access.

* Full UK Driving licence is essential and Forklift Truck Certification is desirable.
