Due to company growth our client, an international engineering company, is seeking an experienced Internal Recruiter to work as part of their HR team.

This is initially a 6-month contract role but could be extended or go permanent.

You will take responsibility for the recruitment life-cycle, from attraction to on-boarding. Whilst recruiting high volume and high calibre candidates it will also be necessary to maintain up to date records, improve processes and produces and provide accurate reporting for the Board of Directors.

Your specific responsibilities will be:
Sourcing suitable candidates for a variety of vacancies.
Reacting quickly and efficiently to any urgent new vacancies.
Screening candidates and conducting initial telephone interviews.
Maintaining all records to high standard.
Being responsible, accountable, reactive and professional at all times to both internal and external contacts.

You will need:
Recruitment experience either in-house or within an agency.
Experience of recruiting for wide range of staff from engineers to administrators.
Able to manage and prioritise a busy workload.
Experience working in a team and to strict deadlines.
Able to demonstrate a genuine passion for recruitment.
Good understanding of Microsoft Word and Excel.
Excellent and confident communication skills.
Full UK driving license.

Based in Lymington, working Monday to Friday 8.30 a.m. to 4.30 a.m. with salary GBPDoE, pro rata 24 days holiday plus bank holidays and free parking
