Senior Marketing Executive - Global B2B Publisher / Learning, Training & Development Sector - London - to GBP40k & Strong Benefits

Marketing Talent is proud to once again be supporting this FTSE 250 financial publishing company, within its Global Learning & Development business, with their search for a Senior Marketing Executive. You will pay a big part in further accelerating its digital transformation with an upcoming digital launch of a new website and development of its audience strategy to become digital first.

The business has seen strong growth, and we're now looking for a talented marketer to further strengthen the brand proposition and to support its digital, marketing campaign, data execution, social media and e-mail strategy.

Requirements:

  • Strong MS office skills across PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel is key.
  • CRM / Automation (Salesforce and Pardot would be beneficial), with good data extraction knowledge
  • Organised/meticulous approach. An ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • High level of proficiency in written English and solid copy writing and copy editing skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and comfortable dealing with senior level heads of business or marketing
  • Solid communication both verbal and written. An ability to succinctly articulate key points
  • A learn by doing approach
  • Experienced using project management software
  • Experience using Google Analytics, SEO & PPC.
  • Photoshop, Illustrator & In Design - experience would be beneficial.
  • Experience in Social Media Marketing would be advantageous.

Responsibilities:

  • Website Development- support on website development and updates, with good knowledge of UX, Google Analytics, SEO & PPC.
  • Digital Ad Strategy - Able to execute and pull together digital ad plans as well as understand retargeting and remarketing via networks and SEO strategy.
  • Campaign performance reporting and presentation - extract key stats from google analytics, marketing the email platform and social media platforms, pull together campaign reports.
  • Email marketing / CRM Marketing - helping with copy writing & data segmentation for data pulls
  • Social media support across Twitter, LinkedIn & Facebook, and work on ensuring everything is running to schedule and helping with the delivery and creation of social assets.
  • Proposition marketing - Good knowledge of content marketing and can support in the delivery and optimization of content execution.
  • Data Mining/Data Cleaning - Good knowledge of data segmentation and enrichment, good knowledge of excel and data extraction and analysis of data. A good knowledge of salesforce and Pardot would be beneficial.
  • Sales team support - Build relationships with the sales team to understand business requirements and deliverable of the business and sales targets. Understand the business targets, sales tools.
  • Sales Delivery support - Support the sales teams in sales requests from content production, sales decks and data pull requests and reporting.

The successful candidate will be tasked with ensuring campaigns are executed to a high standard; building strong relationships; and ultimately upsell our courses both in-house and public, working across the team to support and deliver on marketing targets for the year to support lead generation.

This role will report into the Head of Marketing Learning and work closely with the Head of Data, Technology & Analytics. With two working streams supporting on marketing campaign execution as well as data and analytics support. accelerating their digital transformation and development of their audience monetization strategy.
