Legal Secretary
Adecco Darlington is working with a key client who is seeking to employ a Legal Secretary.
As the ideal candidate, you will have previous experience, whether within the legal profession or as a Legal Secretary within conveyancing. You will be comfortable working in a busy office environment and be expected to manage a multitude of tasks.
Day-to-day you will be responsible for preparing correspondence and documents from digital dictation, completion of legal forms and documents, diary, email and case management, assisting Fee Earners with queries and general reception/administration tasks.
My client is looking for the ideal candidate to have a minimum typing speed of 65 wpm and have experience within conveyancing. You'll have an excellent eye for detail ensuring quality and accuracy and possess excellent planning and communication skills.
Working as part of a team and independently, Monday to Friday, the role offers ongoing development with additional permanent benefits
