GROWING LUXURY BRAND SEEKS CEO TO DRIVE GLOBAL EXPANSION - TO BE BASED IN LONDON OR FAR EAST

My Client is a fast growing luxury brand who is already established in some of Europe's most prestigious stores and also has a thriving bespoke business.
They are now looking to grow their retail presence, via their own stores and selected department stores.
In addition they are looking to grow their global footprint , particularly to the Middle East and the USA.

As a result they are now looking for a CEO to work with the founder/owner to drive this ambitious plan.
They are highly profitable and backed by a well-established investment fund.

Main Responsibilities:
Work closely with Deputy GMs in London and the Far East office to manage finance, human resources, production, supply chain, distribution channels, marketing/PR, product design and administration matters
Work closely with founder to create strategy for the brand
Establishing and evaluating KPIs for respective departments, including sales commission schemes for front office staffs
Establish and manage operating policies, procedures and operations (SOPs, HR policies, internal control, finance procedures, quality control, etc)
Oversee the finance team, including review and analyse financial statements, budget, sales and activity reports, and other performance data to measure productivity and goal achievement and to determine areas needing costs management and operations improvement
Oversee group tax reporting, including optimising tax efficiency and ensuring tax compliance in all markets of operations
Expand and manage distribution channels to grow sales, including retail store management, events management and e-commence strategy
Evaluate and implement overall sales commission and other terms of arrangement for stockist, partners and collaboration arrangements
Oversee Marketing and PR to increase brand recognition including digital marketing
Implement company-wide systems such as ERP and CRM

YOU MUST HAVE:

Experience in Brand Management covering supply chain, marketing/PR, growing distribution channels and development of processes and policies
Experience in luxury fashion environment.
Strong business acumen, highly analytical and able to present and promote ideas
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Ability to multi-task and adapt to changing priorities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Must work well under pressure, exercise good judgement when making decisions and handle stressful situations in a mature and professional manner
Good interpersonal skills, able to work across different cultures
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Frequent travel to Europe and other countries required
