Care Coordinator
Energetic and organized individual required for a leading domiciliary care company based in Barnet to join their team as a Care Co-Ordinator. Monday to Friday working hours and salary up to GBP25,000.
Your role as Care Co-Ordinator is to ensure rota is fully staffed and all clients care visits are covered, match carer's to clients effectively so positive long lasting relationships are formed, ensuring both clients and carer's are aware of working schedules, answer incoming calls and participate in the out of hours care cover.
The Care Co-Ordinator is rewarded with
* Salary up to GBP25,000
* Monday to Friday 9am-5pm working hours
* Additional payments for working on call at weekends, GBP160 per weekend
* Full training given on software and company processes
* Further qualification assistance
The Care Co-Ordinator must have
* Relevant NVQ or Qualification (NVQ Level 2 or 3 Health and Social Care)
* Experience working within the social care sector
* Very strong organizational skills to manage rota's and cover out of hours
* Bubbly and energetic personality to be the first point of call for carer's and clients
