An opportunity has arisen to join Ahead Partnership - a thriving,
dynamic growing organisation operating

across Yorkshire, Birmingham and London areas with plans to develop
further across England.

We are recruiting 2 Project Coordinators. You will be based within our
West Yorkshire offices and will operate predominantly across the wider
Yorkshire region, with potential travel to other parts of the country.
You will develop and deliver programmes of events to schools and
businesses ensuring high quality and consistency in all activities.

The role is subject to satisfactory references, a satisfactory DBS
check, and a six-month probation period

Job Type 12 months fixed term, with possible permanent offer.

Salary Appointing salary GBP23,000 - GBP26,000 dependent on experience.

Job Details

As part of a dynamic Delivery Team, and with support from the Project
Manager, you will lead the development and delivery of a programme of
events for children and young people across our operating areas. You
will ensure these events are of a high quality and achieve their
agreed aims and objectives.

You will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service,
which is at the heart of everything we do. You will maintain and
develop relationships with the businesses and schools we work with.
You will support the business volunteers that deliver the programme,
ensuring they have the tools and information they need to provide the
best possible activities and outcomes for each event.

Key responsibilities will include:

* Plan and deliver events and projects from conception to completion
and evaluation in line with the agreements we have in place with
our partners

* Attend the majority of events in order to host the day and
support the engagement between the businesses and school

* Recruit, organise, train and manage volunteers

* Effective administration and accurate recording of data including
the updating of bespoke management information systems

The creation and adaptation of resources

* The ongoing monitoring of allocated projects to ensure the key
outcomes are met within scope, identify potential risks and
issues, addressing these accordingly

* Identify potential PR and business development opportunities

* Working closely with other members of the organisation to deliver
our objectives. This will include occasional travel across the UK.

The Person

You will have experience in project delivery / management and
experience of developing and sustaining

relationships with key stakeholders and partners.

You will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal,
with good customer service skills along with the ability to work well
as part of a busy team

You will have comprehensive experience of delivering presentations or
workshops to a large audience, facilitating groups or delivery of
training

You will be self-motivated, have good organisational skills and a
methodical approach to project delivery.

You will have good attention to detail and have a sound knowledge of
Microsoft Office packages.

With the ability to multi-task and work effectively under pressure,
you will also demonstrate commercial awareness and the ability to
deliver projects from start to finish.

Experience of working with young people is desirable.

Eligibility
