Senior HR Business Partner - Coventry - up to GBP36,000

Our client, a growing not-for-profit organisation, is looking for a CIPD qualified HR professional to join their organisation in a Regional HRBP role

Working from new Coventry offices, you will split your time between supporting the projects locally out in the field as well as time in head office. As such you will need to be flexible to travel approximately 2 days a week across the north of England and will need access to your own vehicle due to the location of some of these sites.

As HR Business Partner you will support in a widely generalist HR role including advice, guidance and support to managers and senior manager on a variety of HR issues to include employee relations such as disciplinary, grievance, performance, sickness, absence and long term sickness. As HR Business Partner you will also support manager of workforce planning and resourcing, working with them to pre-empt staffing and recruitment issues and supporting them with recruitment plans. This could include creating job descriptions, adverts and helping with sourcing, sifting and interviewing.

Supported by HR administrators, there will be some elements of HR Administration you will support with and the HR Business Partner would take the lead on payroll amendments. This could include ensuring managers have followed the correct process surrounding pay rises etc.

The organisation is set to grow and as such you may need to support in the future with acquisitions and TUPE and any restructures following this. Part of your role would also be to support with policy development when needed.

In order to be considered for the Senior HRBP role you will need to have considerable experience in business partnering and be able, when appropriate to deputise for the Senior HR leadership team. It is also expected that as a Senior HRBP you would have additional project responsibilities which could includes areas such as HR Systems, Pensions, Reward etc - therefore significant experience in your chosen project area would ned to be demonstrated.
