Our client is a well-established business in Wetherby with over 500
employees, due to internal growth, they have created a new role for a
HR Co-ordinator to come in and support the Head of HR with all
administration around the full employee life cycle.

The business has around 20 -25 starters and leavers a month and
processing of this information accurately and efficiently is a key
part of the job. You could also be dealing with any internal employee
changes, maintaining all HR records in line with GDPR as well as
creating contracts of employment and other HR letters for staff.

You could be managing the HR email inbox, responding to emails
autonomously, co-ordinating all new starter inductions and training
courses and updating the relevant training records.

That's why we are looking for someone who has previous HR
administration / HR assistant experience who is looking to get
involved in a variety of different areas of the business. Someone who
is fully computer literate, specifically with Excel as you would be
required to manipulate data on a variety of reports using Pivot Tables
and V Look Ups. Someone who can work on their own initiative with a
strong attention to detail and who is able to make decisions when
required.

This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday 8.30 - 5.00 with
23 days holiday plus bank holidays, company pension scheme as well as
having car parking available. Due to their location you will need
access to your own transport or live in the Wetherby area.
