The opportunity has arisen to work in the Accounts & Wages department of a leading manufacturing organisation based in the Bulwell area of Nottingham.
I and looking to speak with people who have a few years experience and are looking for their next challenge.
The main responsibilities of the role will be;
* Responsible for all Accounts functions including wages, Supplier Payments -Bank reconciliation - Preparation of monthly management accounts plus general administration and telephone answering etc.
* Use of computer systems including MS Office, CRM & Sage 50 and Adobe Acrobat etc Sage Wageroll
* Use of SAGE 50 for accounts and invoicing & wages is a key requirement
* Use of All Daytime systems for wages is a distinct advantage
* Supporting external suppliers and customers with relevant documentation etc.
* Working with other business functions as required.
* 5years experience in a similar accounts environment using SAGE Accounts & Wages
