We have a new opportunity to join a well-known, national insurance organisation as a Branch Manager.
To be successful in this exciting and important role you will need to be organised and detail focused but above all able to lead and motivate your team, communicating excellently at all levels.
Our Client's business is within Insurance and Financial Services so we are ideally seeking candidates with knowledge of these sectors - although full training can be provided.
Experience of managing people and processes would be very helpful but above all you must have the ability to identify issues and find positive solutions, implement them and ensure that your people maintain their high levels of positivity.
It is an environment which is very customer service orientated with many long standing clients, so this will be an essential part of your background.
Key Responsibilities will include:
* Auditing and ensuring team members remain compliant (previous experience essential)
* Day-to-day management of a busy workload across the team
* Ongoing training and development of staff members
* Co-ordination of all sales, administrative and customer service activities
* Involvement in special campaigns and projects
Above all, you'll relish the challenge of being part of a truly customer focused, ambitious team. In return, you can expect full training in a friendly and supportive environment
