So, we looked hard at our business and decided we needed to make some changes. In the UK, we're creating a new HR Shared Services Centre (HRSSC) in Blackburn. This new team will provide all HR transactional services to over 5000 permanent employees and we're looking for someone who is highly motivated to oversee the delivery of a professional, and efficient HRSSC. As the HR shared services manager, a newly created role, you will play a key role in our transformation. Leading a team, we want someone who can manage, motivate, and coach this team to deliver a customer focused service.
