Job Purpose:

To take responsibility for a range of contracts and/or members ensuring high standards of client care and effective contract management under the guidance of the Delivery Manager. Facilitating existing and new business with existing and potential members. Driving a visible continuous improvement process for key contracts, contractors and clients in order that value and performance is maximised.

Contract Management & Client Care

To take responsibility for a range of contracts and / or members ensuring high standards of client care and effective contract management under the guidance of the Delivery Manager, including strategic and operational management of contracts negotiating or intervening when there are differences or changes required running client, contractor and joint contractor and client meetings, dealing with queries, being their line of support for all matters spec, contract & commercial. Co-ordination of and responding to contract queries, checking terms, specification and prices identifying and managing risks.

Facilitating Existing and New Business

Facilitating existing and new business with existing and potential members converting potential client opportunities into successfully delivered solutions by signposting clients to the right solutions, facilitating & providing a range of routes to delivery: orders under 'direct selection' or 'mini competition' using relevant framework processes. Undertaking benchmarking & price comparison work, drafting orders, direct selection of mini-comp documents to fit within framework terms and meet client's needs, dealing with clarifications, evaluation, award and mobilisation. Work with team members to provide support to the delivery manager in the areas of: events, meetings, agenda, minutes & following up of actions.

Continuous Improvement & Reporting

Working with the MD and delivery manager, establish and drive a visible continuous improvement process for key contracts, contractors and clients in order that value and performance is maximised and evidenced. Analyse performance results identifying areas for action and improvement. Developing and implementing plans, systems and documentation to address performance issues. Generate purposeful monthly, quarterly and annual reports.

To represent the organisation, locally & nationally to showcase the organisation's services Support the team in the procurement of EU (OJEU) tenders To promote the organisations brand. To undertake such other duties as may be appropriate to achieve the objectives of the Post or assist the organisation in the fulfilment of its objectives and commensurate with the post holder's level, abilities and aptitudes
