Success Recruit are currently working with a growing and forward-thinking publisher who are currently looking to recruit an Operations Administrator to join their growing team based in the City of London.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 6 - 12 months previous office experience working within a fast-paced environment.

The successful Operations Administrator will be expected to:

• Have excellent time management skills and ability to think on your feet
• Able to handle confidential information
• Willingness to learn and develop in a career within operations/ office management

Job Specification

Purpose of the role:
The main purpose of this position will be to provide general administrative support to the growing team based in the London office.

Duties to include but not limited to:

• Diary management, including managing the annual company calendar
• Managing a shared inbox, ensuring content is forwarded to relevant departments
• Updating contact lists and e-mail administration
• Supporting sales staff with generating and updating reports
• Support CEO with a weekly newsletter, gathering content from and distribution to staff
• General office duties to include: managing office equipment and stationary orders, greeting visitors
• Social media updates for office and CEO, particularly LinkedIn management
• Responsibility to track office expenditure with support to Finance, flagging any irregularities

Our client is looking for someone with passion, drive and excellent communication skills, with a keen interest to learn and develop within their position.

Monday - Friday 08:30am - 17:00pm
