IMMEDIATE START
Working within a European customer care centre environment that delivers resolutions to incoming contacts within the automotive industry in Luton.

Responsibilities include:
Provide new hire consultants with the sufficient level of proficiency to successfully perform their roles in an expedited time frame
Provide consultants and centre management team with additional training to build on their service knowledge and career development
Build on the consultants own inherent skills a customer service focus, ensuring they can portray a positive & professional image to the customer in every contact
To be responsible for the delivery, co-ordination and development of training for the European Customer Care Centre.
Develop End User training materials, such as online courses, conceptual presentations, business process procedures, simulations, and competency tests
Develop End User support materials.

General day-to-day duties include:

Co-ordinate and schedule training programmes
Deliver and enhance existing training programmes in line with industry leading best practices, liaising with internal/external subject matter experts as required
Provide induction training to new hire consultants within the required time scales
Provide ongoing & special training to consultants
Highlight to the Human Resource Management Team any problems with the quality of new hire consultants entering training thereby improving the recruitment process.
Review training requests and work with internal colleagues to develop training
Research and engage with internal European departments to develop future training
Develop training packages using a variety of delivery methods
Enrol, monitor, and develop Learning Management System
Conduct training assessments, evaluate the effectiveness of all training provided, produce analyse reports and make recommendations
Identify training needs and methods
Reviewing future training solutions and identify new training techniques and methods and utilise where appropriate
Managing centralised database for training department
Carry out additional tasks as required from time to time and designated by Training Manager

Minimum Skills

Meets both oral and written language testing as a Native, has English comprehension required to deliver all English training
Ability to use English as second language during training, for systems, performance evaluation and during European multi-national meetings
Have previous adult training experience
Ideally previous experience in using contact centre system and tools
Understands the importance and meaning of good customer service and consistently demonstrates the best customer service possible
1-2 years' experience in a training role
1-2 years' experience developing training material
Ability to work on multiple projects and remain flexible
Creative and innovative thinker and planner

Soft Skills

Display interpersonal skills necessary to communicate consultant skill requirements and areas for improvement.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in native language, calm and methodical approach, active listening skills, responds with appropriate feedback
Team player - helping the team to achieve objectives, friendly and approachable even when busy, but firm where necessary, works to team and individual standards.
Is confident in their own abilities and skills knowledge. Demonstrates a friendly and positive attitude with co-workers.

Technical Skills

Excellent computer literacy - Including Microsoft Office packages and Internet Explorer
Experience working with learning management systems
Multimedia design experience
Strong Skills in graphic design, audio and video
Ability to design, develop, and organise training into traditional classroom training and
e Learning modalities
Experience with Adobe Captivate
Familiar with SCORM packages and Visio
