The organization is a GMP/GLP compliant laboratory with over 50 years of global experience in specialised pharmaceutical and medical device testing in the fields of Microbiology and Toxicology.
Quality Assurance Technician
We currently have a full-time vacancy for Quality Assurance (QA) Technician.
Working hours would be 37.5 per week, Monday to Friday. Occasional weekend working might be required.

Responsibilities:
* To work in compliance with GLP, GMP and the policies and procedures of our Quality System.
* Assist in issuing of controlled documentation
* QA review of Protocols and Final Reports
* QA review of Out of Specifications (OOS), Non-Conformance Reports (NCR), Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA), Change Control and Risk assessment
* Update Quality databases and produce data reports and KPI's monthly
* Assist in QA checks of internal Booking and Reporting System
* Participate in the inspection of departments for compliance with Good Laboratory Practice, Good Manufacturing Practice and other quality standards
Requirements:
* 5 GCSE's Including Maths and English or equivalent
* Knowledge of GMP/ GLP compliance would be beneficial
* Knowledge of the MS Office suite and Outlook, in particular Excel
* Experience of computerised systems (Q Pulse/ Trackwise) would be beneficial for future implementation of electronic Quality Management System (QMS)
* Previous experience of working in a QA department/ GMP/ GLP/ environment, including knowledge of GLP auditing with CPD evidence would be beneficial
Salary and reward package:
* Salary GBP15,269 - GBP19,632 depending on qualifications and experience
