Learning Skills Partnership is looking to expand our Construction Team with a new Tutor/Assessor, inspiring our learners working in some of the UK's top construction companies.
LSP are a training provider specialising in the Construction industry. We work with large PLC's as well as SME's to create and develop rewarding apprenticeship programmes for our learners.
Rated 'Good' by Ofsted in our recent inspection, we are proud to have our commitment to providing life changing career opportunities recognised and are dedicated to ensuring that this continues in the wake of apprenticeship reform.
Due to our continued growth we are now looking to recruit an additional Tutor to join our Construction Team and deliver apprenticeship training to learners in the East Anglia region. The role requires someone who can deliver Level 2 and Level 3 apprenticeships in Construction/Civil Engineering and who is happy to travel as part of their role, delivering training within the workplace.
In this role it is essential that you have some experience of working in the construction/civil engineering industry in order to ensure our learners are receiving the best training possible. LSP will support you in keeping this knowledge up to date and relevant by arranging work based experience on site with our clients when needed.
To be successful in this role you will need to be a confident and effective communicator with a passion for helping learners progress and achieve their goals.
Qualifications
We require the successful candidate to have an assessor qualification (A1/TAQA or equivalent) as well as a teaching qualification (CertEd/PTLLS or equivalent).
A full clean driving licence is essential.
