We are now seeking a Junior Data Analyst (Website) to join our Traffic
team. Reporting into the Head of Candidate Acquisition, the role will be
based from our Fleet Head Office. The primary driver for the role is to
report and analyse web traffic performance from paid traffic sources.
Key responsibilities
* Work closely with the Head of Candidate Acquisition to monitor the
performance of various traffic sources
* Quickly identify areas of under-performance and report to relevant
personnel
* Produce daily, weekly and monthly reports for internal and external
sources
* Maintain and communicate reports
* Keep up to date with industry trends and benchmark our performance
against these, identifying areas for improvement
* Review and report on performance of new campaigns and various site
improvements
Key skills and experience
* Experience of Google Analytics (advantageous)
* College or Degree educated with qualifications in maths, data
analysis, science or similar
* Analytical with the ability to extract and understand data
* SQL knowledge (advantageous but not essential)
* Strong Excel skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to work under pressure and on tight deadlines
