Venn Group is currently recruiting for a part-time interim Senior HR Advisor for a requirement within an NHS Trust in North London
The HR Business Partner with whom we are working is looking for a candidate who will:
- Develop and embed the HR Business Partner service to the Trust, ensuring strong employee relations advice that is commercially focussed and consistent with the Trusts corporate goals and in line with Agenda for Change Terms and Conditions, NHS employers guidance and employment legislation
- Deliver expert guidance, advice and tools to managers on complex ER matters and effectively coach and train staff where appropriate and act as a role model and coach less experienced members of the team in managing ER queries
- Proactively support the HR Business Partner and wider HR team in managing change, developing and producing workforce information and effective ER case management, which supports the operational and strategic objectives of the Trust
To be considered for the post of Senior HR Advisor you must have:
- Worked within a busy HR team within an NHS Trust
- Knowledge of HR concepts, policies and practices acquired through formal academic training and relevant experience in an HR generalist capacity and/or corporate HR areas of expertise
- Experience of providing a comprehensive HR Advisor service to all levels of staff
- Excellent interpersonal skills to develop and maintain good working relationships with clients and colleagues
- Knowledge of ESR
- Possess a CIPD or equivalent qualification
