Calluna Recruitment are seeking a Scarlet Vintage and Retro Shop Manager for their clients shop in Harlow, Essex.
Are you passionate about all things retro and vintage and do you have knowledge or experience of working within this sector? Do you have at least 3 years retail management experience and 3 years staff management/ leadership experience. If so, then read on.....
Our client is looking for a creative retailer who will bring their latest Charity shop in Harlow to life surrounding the customer with an ever changing range of pre-loved fashion, accessories, books and artefacts. You will have the opportunity to develop the shop and create an ambiance that ensures local people keep returning to donate, shop and volunteer with our client.
You will lead and manage the charity shop, ensuring efficiency and professionalism in the operational running of the shop at all times. You will maximise profits from the sales of donated stock and new goods. You will provide support to the shop team by providing leadership, communication, support and direction in all aspects of their work.
