My client is a well-known Commercial Practice who focus on agricultural and rural estates. With offices in four different locations and ambitious plans for growth this is a company who are looking to move forward and grow
The role
The role is responsible for providing the Company Commercial and Litigation Teams with assistance as required
Day to day
* Providing typing, secretarial and administrative support
* Working responsibly to support the needs of the fee earners
* Assisting the team co-ordinators with IT issues
* Assisting new starters and helping them integrate in the department
* Assisting with digital dictation
* Transcribing and preparing all correspondence
* Operate the company case management system including storing all documents electronically
* Management of client files
* Manage incoming and outgoing mail
* Ensure that all appointments and meetings are booked accurately
* Drafting memos emails and letters
About you
* Good Microsoft skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Highly organised
* Desmonstrates a typing speed of at least 65 words per minute
