Trainee Transport Coordinator

P+S Personnel are pleased to be working on behalf of our clients,
agricultural specialists, who are currently seeking a Trainee
Transport Coordinator to join their team on a full time permanent
basis based in Witham St Hughs.

This is a varied role and will allow you to develop strong
communication and administration skills. Full training for the role
will be provided.

Role/Responsibilities:
• Arranging the collection of bulk materials and delivery within
timescales requested by the customer.
• Communication of all delivery confirmations to the customer.
• Working closely with the national Company fleet to optimise the
logistical efficiencies of this asset.
• Provide support cover when required within the existing Forwarding
Team
• Communication of logistical issues to peers/ suppliers/customers on
a daily basis.
• Communication with haulage contractors on a daily basis.

Requirements:
• Excellent organisation and Prioritisation skills
• Possess a confident manner with strong interpersonal skills
• Be self-motivated and an effective team player
• Interested in the Agricultural Industry
• PC literate
• Applicants must have a minimum of 7 GCSE's including Maths and
English at grade A-C
