Currently, we are recruiting for the following:
Purpose: Determine the internal and external condition of building fabric/ elements identify and analyse defects, including proposals for repair.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure all parties adopt ADSL's Quality, Health & Safety and Environmental (QHSE) policies and procedures.
* Inspect all assets on the Garrison and produce accurately quantified reports and surveys to feed recommendations into the annual Lifecycle and AMP including reviewing:
o Previous condition surveys.
o Reactive and Planned Maintenance records.
o Initial assessment for Bats and Birds.
o Asbestos Register
o RFHI Safety and Service Inspections.
o Room Data Sheets
* Advise team members on all required works to meet changes in legislation/ standards.
Experience & Skills Required:
* Educated to a minimum HNC/HND level or equivalent in a relevant discipline.
* Trade background or minimum 3 years in a similar role.
* Experience within the build environment, assessing the condition of building elements/fabric.
