Contact Centre Team Leader
West Malling
C£20,000-£22,000 (dependant on experience)
Hours: Monday - Friday - shift rota (Including occasional Saturdays)
We are currently recruiting for a Contact Centre Team Leader with a reputable market-leading company near West Malling. In this position, you will be responsible for managing a team handling all verbal and electronic communication with customers and other third party providers; ensuring that a high standard of service is delivered and enquiries are managed within the agreed timescales.
As a Team Leader, you will also be responsible for training and development, implementing change as and when required, conducting performance reviews and managing and refining processes. Additionally, you will be seen as the senior point of contact and will be required to take responsibility for any escalated cases or complaints.
The successful candidate will have team-leadership experience in a call-centre environment, natural ability to build good relationships with clients/customers, able to organise rotas and have experience in coaching, training and development.
