Responsible for auditing and refining client data to enable Jacksons Wealth Management to report accurately to clients and their regulator, and to drive efficiencies across the firm. Working as part of a motivated team to excel at client service.
We need help with our data. As a company with a deep history, we have complex client records held on industry-specific database systems. These same systems help us reconcile client fees, report to our regulator and drive efficiency in all areas of operation.
The role will require you to get to know the database intimately, as well as learning how we operate as a practice. We will fund qualifications to help you with that. You will need to be able to speak to product providers like insurance companies and investment houses to track down fees, and ask for policy details and transaction histories. Your main responsibility will be to audit each client record to make sure it is as complete as possible, so that we can provide accurate reporting on our clients’ financial affairs.
At the same time. You won’t be holed up in a box somewhere staring at a screen. You’ll be an integral part of the team working in our bright and airy offices, answering the phone, greeting clients and representing Jacksons.
There is also a career path here, should you want to pursue it. The role could potentially lead to a shift into becoming a paraplanner or financial planner.
You are enthusiastic, keen to progress and always aim to do the best in whatever task you’re faced with. You are highly proficient in the use of office software and have an aptitude for learning new systems and apps specific to our profession.
You are sociable and keen to help others. You’re happy to go above and beyond if the need arises. You are aware that you will be an ambassador for our firm, and that every single interaction reflects on Jacksons, as well as on you. To that end you are articulate, personable and well-presented. Attention to detail comes as second-nature to you.

We can teach you everything you need for the role, but any background in finance or insurance would obviously be an advantage.
Education at degree level would be desirable but not essential.
