Working with a business who pride themselves on quality and efficiency, seeking a Part Time Credit Control Clerk for an August start.
You will support a small but perfectly formed Finance team in all aspects of debt management as well as work with the finance team to monitor and support the sales and purchase ledger. You will work with the Financial Controller to minimise the debt, deal with customer queries, update customer contracts, place purchase orders, process monthly sales receipts, cash allocations and bank payments.
The successful candidate will have experience of;
Credit control and sales invoicing
Good understanding of accounting IT packages
Strong communication skills
Good time management and planning skills
Able to work in a small team, someone who can and is happy to muck in'
The working hours are 9.30am - 2.30pm and we are looking at a start date for August 2018.
