Security Officer: Manchester Airport
Pay: £8.15 per hour
seasonal and permanent minimum 20 hours per week with possibility of extra hours.
A flexible approach to working is essential to meet the demands of a busy and variable schedule, working shifts, Bank holidays, nights, early and late shifts, weekends.
Applicants may be required to assist with the below but not exhaustive.
Aircraft and building patrol and guarding duties
Searching of passengers and their luggage and use of testing equipment
Applicants will be required to cover aircraft that are delayed
required:
Fluent in English, written and spoken.
Interpersonal and customer service skills.
Smart appearance.
Punctuality
Reasonably fit due to physical aspects of the job.
Criteria:
Five year checkable work history must be given
Must have a valid Passport/Driving Licence
Must be UK resident for a minimum of 5 years to obtain clearance.
