The successful applicant will be based in the Chepstow area, so this role would suit a candidate who lives in the Chepstow, Monmouth, Newport, or even Bristol areas. If you live in the Bristol area, you`ll be pleased to know that the The Prince of Wales Bridge (Second Severn Crossing) is scrapping the bridge toll cost for 2019, so this could be a great opportunity!

The successful applicant will be responsible for

- Reviewing operational plans and suggesting improvements
- Training and supporting a team of operational administrators
- Updating databases and maintaining systems
- Supporting Human Resources

The successful candidate will ideally be energetic, full of enthusiasm, have great communication skills and be able to work as part of a team. We`re looking for a leader style manager who can really help the team deliver on their objectives. Our client will consider a recent graduate who has lots of enthusiasm for a career with this great company.

The salary range depends on experience and additional benefits include free parking on site, annual profit-share scheme and a great working environment.
