The ideal profile will be a senior M&A banker with 10-15 years' experience who has proven origination capability.
Both firms are looking for senior bankers who are pure sector specialists in the following sectors and sub-sectors: Healthcare Technology FIG Industrials Infrastructure Consumer Media Software Fin-Technology Enterprise (Both firms are very open to Team-Moves) The ideal candidate will have worked at either an Investment Bank or Recognised/ Specialist M&A boutique and have a strong Rolodex of client relationships across Private Equity and Corporates.
Furthermore, the successful candidate will have the ability to work within a team environment in a colligate fashion and have the desire to wish to develop colleagues at a lower level.
