Project Manager - Investments

Stanton House is recruiting for a Project Manager to join a National Investment Management firm in Edinburgh. We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to plan and deliver various sized projects from inception through to completion. Key Responsibilities:

• The delivery of a range of projects depending on demand and priorities
• To develop and maintain an excellent relationship with key Stakeholders
• Manage the production of the required deliverables
• Plan and monitor project delivery in line with the strategic business objectives
• Manage project risks, including the development of contingency plans
• Monitor overall progress and use of resources, initiating corrective action where necessary
• reporting through agreed lines on project progress through highlight reports and end-stage assessments
• Adopt and apply appropriate technical and quality strategies and standards
• identify and obtain support and advice required for the management, planning and control of the project
• Managing project administration
• Conduct a project evaluation review to assess how well the project was managed
• prepare any follow-on action recommendations

Knowledge, skills and experience desired:

• An experienced Project Manager within a Wealth, Asset Management or Investment Management environment- this is a must
• You will have experience of delivering technical projects within change and integration within agreed timescales and budgets
• Management the day to day operational aspects of each project and its scope
• Stakeholder management
• Experience of E2E projects
• The ability to work collaboratively
