Same Day & Specialist Logistics provider - CourierForce, is seeking to appoint a highly motivated Sales and Customer Service Executive to support the business.
The position will involve developing and generating new business opportunities and also assisting the office based team to manage/support our busy operations department. This is a dual role that requires weekly field sales activity along with developing leads and generation of new clients. You must be the holder of a valid UK driving licence.
In addition, the candidate will also spend 2/3 days per week within the office supporting the Senior Ops Controller, handling in-bound calls and managing our existing clients' requirements. You will also be responsible for maintaining and inputting all necessary compliance data, and associated administrative duties.
The successful candidate will be instrumental in a number of key disciplines within the business to support it's growth ambitions.
An excellent communicator with good interpersonal skills, you will have the ability to multi task and have a professional outlook. An eye for detail and excellent literacy and numeracy skills are key. Previous customer service experience with telephone or face to face interaction is preferred.

Hours: Monday to Friday - 40 hours per week varying between the office hours of 0hrs

Salary: Starting basic salary + bonus
