Job Description Exec Senior Sous Chef - 5 Star Rosette Hotel - St Andrews - GBP30,000
Platinum Recruitment's Scottish Division is currently representing a very deluxe hotel in St Andrews and we have a fantastic opportunity for an Executive Sous Chef to join their team.

Role
Working closely with the Executive Head Chef, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the overall guest dining experience in the multiple outlets throughout the hotel. The role encompasses menu development in all the outlets, from 3 Rosette standards to Banqueting, while using excellent innovative and creative skills with the best local produce Scotland has to offer.
