Are you an experienced and caring Manager within the Children`s Residential Sector?
Due to internal promotion we are looking for a talented, enthusiastic leader to take the helm of a beautiful 5 bed Residential Children`s Home supporting teenagers with Learning Disabilities in a genuinely homely environment.
"You will be joining an organisation at the forefront of Residential Care for Children and Young People with learning disabilities. Children are encourage to participate in deciding the decor of their own en-suite bedrooms to ensure their own space is truly theirs. Personalising their environment and given the freedom to choose in what can only be described as a genuine family environment.
With a lush and expansive garden, children are given the space to play and learn. At meal times, the children are invited to join in with deciding, preparing and cooking the meals that the team all sit down and eat together, sharing jokes, stories and conversation."
This is a perfect role for a seasoned and experienced manager with an extensive knowledge of Learning Disabilities, OFSTED Standards in Children`s Homes and the challenges involved in managing within Children`s Residential.

As this is a challenging role managing an outstanding service and caring for vulnerable people
It is ESSENTIAL that any candidates meet the following minimum requirements:
* NVQ Level 5 Health and Social Care Leadership and Management
* At least 3 Years Experience in MANAGING within Children`s Residential
* A Proven Background in working with Children with Learning Disabilities
* A solid knowledge of OFSTED Minimum Standards In Children`s Homes
