An opportunity has arisen for a Painter/ Decorator to join our team based in Dover to carry out all aspects of painting and decorating work such as general repairs, maintenance/ refurbishment to a high standard complying with Safety Regulations.

Within the role, you will take information from job outline tickets alongside measuring in order to provide specifications. Candidates for this position will prepare work surfaces whilst producing a range of finishes using textured pain materials whilst adhering to general Health and Safety Policies.

With previous experience of working within a Building Construction/ Maintenance environment, you will possess the ability to interpret work instructions, drawings and schematic drawings. Ideally candidates for this position will be hold a City and Guilds/ NVQ Level 3 or equivalent, however this is not essential to the position. The successful Painter/ Decorator will have the ability to trace, diagnose and rectify faults coupled with the ability to establish and maintain excellent customer/client relationships. Above all, we are looking for a motivated individual with a strong customer focus who is able to work as part of a team and independently.

Candidates for this role must hold a full driving licence
