SUMMARY
Responsible for delivering outstanding customer and property services to a portfolio of developments owned or managed by our client on behalf of their clients. Provide strong leadership and robust performance management for a geographically dispersed team.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Organise and delivering high quality management services to clients, RMS Directors, Residents Associations and leaseholders.
  • Establish a close working relationship with landlord clients and ensure all aspects of the management agreement are delivered.
  • Deliver a professional management service following the takeover of new estates.
  • Adhere to statutory requirements, including the lease, S20, ARHM Code of Practice and industry best practice.
  • Provide attentive, close management and detailed attention to new developments coming into management.
  • To be prepared to accept telephone calls out of normal working hours in urgent situations and to take whatever emergency action is necessary in the circumstances.
  • To understand and adhere to all our policies and procedures for Estate Services, and to contribute to their development.


SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED

  • Previous experience within private leasehold management required
  • Experience in project management essential
  • Team management experience
  • Ability to communicate with both residence and site managers
  • Member of the Institute of Residential Property Management ideal
  • Keep up to date with all legislative and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage work in accordance with budgets and be able to demonstrate clear and effective communication at leaseholder group meetings and to individuals.
  • Prioritise workload effectively to ensure urgent attention is given where required.
