Staff One are happy to bring you an opportunity in the position of Team leader within an energy-based call centre

Our client is looking for a team leader with previous energy sales experience and preferably team leader experience. The company we are working with have had many years in the call centre sector and are currently expanding with a new client and the take on of 25+ new staff. These are staff as a team leader you will be responsible for.

The business is a well-established and respected company based in Sheffield City Centre that has seen many years of growth which has created the current opportunity within the telesales teams.

What you need

The minimum experience is working in energy sales previously, Preferable as a Team Leader but not essential . It is paramount to the client that you will be understanding of the market and be able to adapt to a new energy campaign when starting.

You will also need to have a clear demonstrable track record of performance management through an effective coaching & leadership style within a challenging service environment. Previous sales experience would be desirable.

To be considered for this team leader position you must also be able to demonstrate performance management, develop and motivate a team of Sales Advisor's in a fast paced, busy environment to meet and exceed service levels, targets and objectives in line with Company procedures. The successful candidate must demonstrate effective coaching and development to ensure that the team delivers excellent customer service at all times.

Skills

A strong background in sales.

Ideally previous experience of team leader/developing a team.

An excellent telephone manner and the ability to build rapport easily.

Tech savvy and capable of learning new IT systems quickly.

Ability to work to a meet targets and deadlines.

A natural people person with a patient & positive attitude with excellent interpersonal skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Able to manage your time wisely and work to targets.

A desire for progression through self-development.
