Our client is looking for experienced Team Leaders to join their team near Canterbury
They are major players in the Fresh Produce Industry and it would be a very exciting challenge working with them.
Fantastic Working Environment
The role as a Team Leader would be:
• To manage and motivate a team of production operatives
• Ensure optimum product grade outs
• Completion of required paperwork
• Adhering to customer specifications for packed products
• Communicating quality concerns
• Ensure label/film meets customer specifications
• Ensure all start up and change over checks are completed
• All work activities comply with customer and third party standards
• Attending production meetings
• Ensure hygiene procedures adhered to at all times
The ideal candidate would have:
• Previous experience in a similar role
• Experience with managing staff
