35 hours a week (including regular evenings and some weekends)

Salary: up to £28k (Dependent on experience)

Providing a range of universal and targeted youth services across Bolton for over 5000 children and young people each year, we are looking for an exceptional, dynamic and creative Youth Hub Manager for our Westhoughton Centre.

In 2016 we opened our Centre in Westhoughton where 1:4 children and young people in Westhoughton have become members, and we now have ambitious plans to significantly expand the service in the town.

The successful applicant will be a successful youth and play service professional, with community development experience and the ability to operate at both strategic and front line levels.

You will work closely with the Club Leadership Team in taking ownership for developing and implementing the Centres business plan and delivering in line with KPIs and targets.

You will lead from the front, developing a team of paid and voluntary staff, to provide a 7 night a week offer across Westhoughton.
