Job Title: Intermediate Mechanical Building Services Design Engineer

Location: Stockport - Greater Manchester

Salary: £18,000 - £30,000 dependent on experience + Plus Numerous Benefits

The Company:

Established in 1949, the Company is a multi-award-winning company that excels in the delivery of sustainable M&E design. They are a previous HVR Consultancy of the Year and specialise in Building Information Modelling (REVIT), digital design engineering (MagiCAD MEP) and sustainable building services design through Building & Energy Modelling (EDSL-TAS). They are the largest single office of specialist building services engineers in the North West and employ over 20 building services engineers, a team of 5 building and energy modellers and REVIT technicians.

The Company is one of the leading practices in the North West, and currently enjoy positions on over 20 regional and National consultancy frameworks, including; Parliamentary Estates Directorate (Houses of Parliament), SBS (National framework for NHS Trusts), BBC Corporation, Construction Impact Framework (CIF), NEPO, PAGABO, Fusion 21, Trafford Council, Cheshire East and the Girls Day School Trust.

The Role:

They now have an exciting opportunity for an ambitious Intermediate Mechanical Building Services Engineer to join their large and expanding team to work on a diverse range of projects across all sectors, both locally and nationally.

The Candidate:

The successful candidate will have experience in the detailed design of mechanical building engineering services within the Healthcare, Education & Commercial sectors and due to the requirements of the Company's central government contracts MUST have been resident and worked in the UK for the past 3 years. You will work alongside the senior team of engineers on large projects. Opportunities will be given to the right candidate to take a leading role on smaller projects. Experience with REVIT, MagiCAD or EDSL-TAS is an advantage but not essential as training will be given
