Our client is recruiting on behalf of a pioneering charity that is dedicated to ending domestic violence and abuse. They are now looking for a Deputy Chief Executive Officer to join their team in Neath.

Your Role
As the Deputy Chief Executive Officer, you will be playing a vital role in the delivery of the business and development strategy for the charity.
Leading operational staff to deliver on strategic aims, you will report directly to the Chief Executive and will work with internal and external stakeholders to shape the direction of the organisation.
Encompassing a range of key operational areas, your role will involve:
- Managing day-to-day operations and resources
- Project managing a Lottery funded project
- Implementing, monitoring and reporting on key strategies and activities
- Meeting with the SMT on a weekly basis
- Working with the SMT to ensure a robust income generation policy is in place
- Creating papers and reports for the Trustees
- Supporting marketing services and products
- Overseeing the charity’s website and social media presence
About You
To be considered as the Deputy Chief Executive Officer, you will need:
- Third sector experience
- Executive experience
- Exceptional leadership skills
- Polished communication and interpersonal skills
- An eye for detail, a strategic mindset and the vision to drive change
