As a Property Services Officer, you will assist in the effective and efficient delivery of the Group's asset management including; planned programmes of stock reinvestment, cyclical maintenance and servicing and reactive repairs and void work.

Providing internal and external customers with information guidance and support in relation to all aspects of property maintenance and servicing, you will undertake programmed surveys of the Group's housing stock to provide data for addition to the stock condition database and will prepare technical specifications and associated documentation for obtaining tenders for works. 

You must also coordinate and monitor programmes of annual servicing and maintenance for the Group’s plant and equipment and carry out regular progress checks with the Group's reactive maintenance contractors; monitoring the performance of contractors against targets, cost and quality and report on same.

It is essential that you are educated to HNC level or equivalent in a Building related qualification and have experience of advising Directors / Line Managers on planned and cyclical maintenance and health, safety and wellbeing issues.  Capable of managing property related building contracts and producing schedule of works and specifications relating to planned and cyclical maintenance programmes, you must have a sound understanding of health and safety legislation and best practice relating to property maintenance.
