About the company:

We are advertising for a company who are a local government funded but autonomous marine fisheries and environment body covering the coastline of Lincolnshire, Norfolk and Suffolk, out to six miles offshore.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for the right person to join their team as a Data Officer.

Data Officer – Job description:

The Data Officer will have primary responsibility for data management and IT support for the organisation.

You will also undertake administrative duties as well as providing a reception function for the organisation in conjunction with the Senior Administrative Officer (SAO).

Data Officer – Essential skills and requirements:

The ideal candidate should possess the following:

• Educated to GCSE level in English and Mathematics
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Confident with Microsoft Office products
• Able to design, set-up and maintain databases using MS Access
• Ability to work unsupervised
• Ability to contribute across disciplines in a small team environment
• Ability to achieve Baseline Personnel Security Standard clearance
