About our Client
Our client is a multi-academy trust that is responsible for 26 academies across the length and breadth of England. Their academies can collaborate and share ideas with one another in ways that schools may not be able to. Most importantly, they all feel part of something much bigger as their responsibilities go far beyond the four walls of a single academy, and extends to people and their communities across the country.
About the role & their ideal candidate
On the operations side of the Trust, they consist of four operational regions covering the Midlands, London & Buckinghamshire, South West and North.
The purpose of this role is to facilitate change in the HR administration of the Trust. Working closely with the COO, Director of Corporate Services, Regional Operational Directors and Regional HR Leads to ensure new systems are embedded and they have standardised and shared best practice across the organisation. Emphasis on compliance in systems and ensuring regional processing centres are operating as efficiently as possible will be a fundamental part of this role.
The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate successful previous experience of change management programmes and understand the management of all stakeholders in such a process. Previous experience must also include working in medium to large organisations.
Any exposure to implementing lean systems would be of benefit but is not essential for the role.
The project is timetabled to take 12 months with completion in summer 2019.
This is an exciting opportunity, and you must have the ability to work in a fast moving environment to high levels of accuracy. Whilst experience in the education sector is desirable, this isn’t essential. They are more interested in a candidate with strong communication skills, both written and verbal, an eye for detail and a positive, can-do attitude.
Why work for our Client?
This is an exciting time to join an ambitious team and organisation. They offer the chance to work with amazing people and inspirational pupils, as well as sector-leading work-life balance arrangements, a professional training and development programme and a generous holiday entitlement.
