Liverpool Reconnect Service
We are looking for empathetic, caring, persuasive individuals to join our Liverpool Reconnect team. This new service will launch in September and we are looking for:
- Manager (17.5 hours)
The service supports the independence of older people, allowing them to remain in their own home for as long as possible. Working on a one to one basis and with groups the service will promote self-care, social integration and aid companionship.
