Director of Operational Services
As our current post holder has been promoted to Chief Executive, we're seeking a new Director of Operational Services to work with the senior management team, and our board to lead the organisation.
We are looking for someone with extensive experience of managing operational services at both a strategic and operational level. As a member of our senior management team, you will have corporate responsibility for thinking and acting for the benefit of the wider organisation as well as taking responsibility for your own specialist function.

- Excellent leadership skills
- Able to think imaginatively
- Experience of developing working relationships
Director of Operational Services Duties
- Implementing strategies, policies and plans to deliver high quality operational services
- Contributing to corporate strategy and policies with the Senior Management Team
- Innovatively leading the development of service provision and policy
