We own a range of property, from starter homes to Grade I Listed Buildings, in locations from rural villages to city centres. We have an extensive long-term development and land acquisition programme, working to build hundreds of new homes every year.

Our Estates Team are responsible for ensuring our contracted services (Grounds Maintenance, Cleaning, Waste and Tree management) deliver their commitments for our paying customers. We frequently travel across our Estate to Quality Assure the work they do, resolving other issues and identifying new opportunities to make our Curo Estate, great.

As a Team Leader, you will demonstrate the ability to successfully lead and motivate your team to achieve in a resilient environment, challenging where required. You will be ambitious, determined and take a proactive, positive customer-focused approach.

This role is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong people management skills and experience of managing a team in a fast paced environment. The role involves managing a proactive & responsive team ensuring that service delivery, quality assurance and customer engagement targets are met.

You will undertake day to day management of a range of services and competing priorities; ensuring resource is aligned to support delivery; as well as providing monitoring, quality assurance and support to the team both in the office and out on site so a driving license and access to transport is required
