This company is a dynamic and ambitious Housing Association with around 18,000 homes based in Bedford and operating throughout the Oxford to Cambridge growth corridor. The organisation employs 400 people, has an annual turnover of more than £120m and a development programme that will see it build around 3,000 new homes over the next five years.

They are looking for a Records Management Assistant to join their new records management function. The purpose of the team is to review and govern all their paper and electronic document records and help with the company's compliance with the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR). This is a good opportunity to shape the way they manage their data records and work with a range of different internal teams.

Ideally you will have an excellent attention to detail, be well organised and possess strong interpersonal skills. You must be an effective team player, comfortable working as part of a small team as well as engaging with others around the business. You'll also be energetic and used to working at pace, whilst maintaining accuracy.

You are likely to be interested in technology and ideally be IT literate in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.

This role is part-time, with flexibility on working hours and pattern. The role is offered on a fixed-term contract for 12 months.

This role will require a basic DBS check.
