Customer Service Advisor / Data Inputter

This dynamic law firm are currently looking for talented Telephone Advisors and Data Inputters, to join their team based in Preston.

This is an excellent opportunity to progress your career in the customer services/legal industry, working in a professional, fast-paced ,vibrant and friendly office.

Full-time position, career progression and pay increases. Salary up to £15000 pa.

Duties will include:

- Building a rapport with customers
- Checking customer details over the phone
- Going through qualifying criteria to assess suitability
- Establishing the best interests of the customer
- Updating and maintaining details of calls on our relevant systems

Successful applicants will have:

- A good telephone manner
- Enthusiasm
- The ability to `think on your feet'
- Competency with computer-based systems including Word & Excel
- A desire for career progression
- A willingness to learn and to gain useful skills

Working hours: Mon - Fri 9 - 5.
