Role: Assistant Ecologist
Location: Oxford
Salary: *Competitive*
Due to a successful year and an expanding client base, my client are currently seeking ambitious and experienced Assistant Ecologist's to join their existing ecology team based in Oxford. This will be an exciting opportunity for you to become part of an experienced, professional team with endless prospects for career progression within a forward-thinking organisation.
My client is a multi-disciplinary consultancy, who provide a range of environmental services to both the public and private sector.
If successful in your application, your role will include:
* Undertaking protected species surveys
* Undertaking Phase 1 habitat surveys
* Report writing
* Assisting with preliminary Ecological Appraisals
* Working on small to large scale projects
Requirements
To be considered for this post, you will have:
* A degree in Ecology or a related discipline
* Demonstrable experience of undertaking Phase 1 habitat surveys
* Demonstrable experience of undertaking Protected species surveys
* Student/Grad CIEEM membership
* Full UK driving licence
